They open up at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only around our position but we arrived 10mins late because of elevator site visitors. I wasn't educated which they already cancelled my reservation and provided my timeslot to another suddenly.In general, I would not suggest this spa to Other folks, as being the cancellation without warning was extremely unprofessional and brought on me plenty of inconvenience.
